I'm thinking about building a low cost gaming pc later this year. I could put the parts together but choosing them....no

I have a tough time deciding on parts,

idk I may just buy a pc from ibuypower or alienware to plug and play, Afterall gaming is supposed to be relaxing not to stress you out.

Pre-built is always an option, but keep in mind they are trying to make a buck and tend to leave you with few upgrade options without replacing whole components, and include less then desirable power supplies and video cards.

The new steam machines might be a more interesting choice in the near future, though a lot of them use mobile graphics chips and APUs to reduce size.
