My computer has been running slow and from looking i suspect is from ram usage. I have 4 GB of ram and task manager says 80% of Physical memory. I don't know much about ram but i feel like i have a problem.

no Applications open other than the task manager its self, and you can see the 84% physical memory.

The processes that were open at the time, the sniping tool is what i used to take the screen shot, task manager and of course Norton other than the 3 i don't know what the other ones are.
If there is any other information you need to help i can supply it.
