Hi guys, now first let me say that I know next to nothing about computers. I can read specs and have a vague idea if they are good or not, but that's the extent of my knowledge.

I want to build a PC that can handle Assetto Corsa, and other racing sims on the absolute max settings, and obviously need to have a good frame rate. Here's a link to the system reqs: http://www.assettocorsa.net/hw-sw-requirements/

I don't need a monitor, mouse, or keyboard, as I'll just plug it in to me 42" LG, and I already have the latter two.

What do you guys suggest to make the most efficient/effective build possible?

Also will need OS
