Need Help Creating a Part List for first Gaming Pc

I would like to ask for help in assistance in creating a parts list for a gaming PC. I would like the computer to cost somewhere around $800-900 including keyboard, mouse, OS(Preferably Windows 8), and a monitor. On said PC I will be playing games such as gmod, L4D2, Rust, and other random indie games for the most part. I would hope for the PC to be able to play said games in high to max settings with 60+ fps, If possible I would like a PC that will be able to play games such as the Division and other games that come out in the following years on at least medium graphics with 60+ fps
