I'm afraid there's nothing you can do to substantially improve that system. All-in-one systems in general aren't upgrade like a modular traditional desktop. I looked up that Celeron CPU and it's listed as a BGA socket from Intel, which means it's soldered to the board.

Are there any like, upgrades i get get through HP like driver updates or software I can download? And what is shouldered?

Again, there's not too much you can do to overcome weak hardware.
