Hey guys i need some help, i'm pretty knowledgeable but this one has me stumped.

I built a PC a few months ago and recently it seems to reset itself very often when im either playing a game (mostly Dota2, not Titanfall which is weird) or when im watching flash video (youtube/vimeo/etc)

Specs:
PS: Corsair HX750
CPU: i5-4570 Stock clock/fan
Mobo: Asrock z87 killer
GPU: Geforce GTX 770 stock speed
Ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 (PC3 14900)

The restarts are either complete power off reboot or during videos the sound will freeze along with the computer and i will have to manually restart.

I have tried updating video cards drivers, bios firmware, i am checking temps of both GPU and CPU and they are both around 40 idle and just launching DOTA2 will cause freezing so i dont think its overheating. All fans are working, i recently replaced all my case fans.

The computer will stay up for days with out launching a game or video. so i know it has something to do with either.

Question does it matter that my ram is at 1600 speed due to be being DDR3? should i try to make it go full speed in the bios?

Guys i still need help, i am now restarting and it goes past bios screen and resets 2-4 times and then takes me to windows repair screen and then it boots. Once it boots it stayed up for 1 day, i stressed tested the CPU and nothing came up and GPU is cool as a cucumber.
