i am buying a desktop pc as an upgrade from my previous dell xps 16 laptop as it has bee outdated for sime time now and i want a more gaming capable solution

my expectations are:
1)run several sofware programs such as ACAD, photoshop and matlab at the same time (only one monitor 1080p)

2)be able to play the following game at 60+ fps at 1080p:
world of warcraft
assassins's creed games (in particular black flag)
tomb raider
CS-GO
skyrim (no mods)

the rig which i have ordered consists of the following components:

1)Intel Core i7-4770 quad-core, 3.40 GHz with 8MB of Cache
2)16 Gb ram
3)EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Superclocked 3GB PCI-E (Model No: 03G-P4-2783-KR)
4)2TB SATA 6Gbit/s and 120Gb SSD
5)Motherboard Gigabyte LGA1150 ATX
6)Cooler Master B-Series B700W 700W Power Supply

will this setup meet my requirements and if yes what kind of performance am i expecting?
thanks very much :)

no... That is a new brand. I wouldn't trust it.
Get a seasonic, Silverstone, XFX PSU. They are Top Notch.

Yes. This should max those games out.
RAM should not be a limitation to those programs. The CPU is good, but you might want to go to the i7-4970. It is newer and has a new TIM so it stays cooler and does not turn your computer into a space heater(a bad thing).

***WARNING***
THAT POWER SUPPLY is one That is not trusted. Go with a seasonic, silverstone, or XFX. They are top notch.

EDIT: realized that you said ordered. To late to make changes?

regarding the cpu its a done deal however the powers supply can be changed :)

would: Xilence Red Wing Series 800W Power Supply be better?

The MSI version is a better card and much quieter ... the 4790k is the "new" 4770k ... AutoCAD does benefit from faster o(overclocked) CPU and fast memory

Here's or 3rd quarter standard build for my engineering office atm...AutoCAD during the day and gaming at night.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro Case
Seasonic X-850 PSU
MSI Z97 GD65
Intel 4790k
16 GB Mushkin DDR3-2400 CAS 10
MSI 780
2 TB Seagate SSHD
Optical
Phantels PH-TC14-PE
