Like jkhoward said, it all really comes down to the game. In a game like Watch Dogs, or another CPU intense game the CPU will have some bottleneck. However, most games shouldn't have a problem.
If you want to help avoid bottleneck or other issues, you can overclock your CPU. That CPU doesn't seem to overclock really well, 3.4Ghz seems to really be the max, but you might be able to get to 3.0 or 3.1Ghz without too much trouble. It is a small boost, but it is still a boost.
