Looking to build a gaming PC. Will need monitor. Prefer intel CPU's but I can be swayed. I do not memory as I already have 16GB of RAM I am not currently using.

What I have so far:

What can I do to better this build since I am under budget. Is it good enough and does not need upgrading? Do I need a bigger SSD? I am planning to overclock and is my system ready for that? Is my graphics card's vram excessively high? Is it worth it to just get the R9 290?
