I bought a new video card and a new power supply to go with it. I installed the new components and loaded up Elder Scrolls Online to play and test the card, but was only getting around 20fps. I then forgot that I did not install the drivers. I installed the drivers, went back into the game and it froze and restarted the PC. I've since uninstalled the drivers and reloaded them, I've uninstalled the old card's drivers, still doing the same thing. I thought that it may be a power issue but checked the errors on the computer and none of them have anything to do with power.
I don't really know where to go from here, any help is appreciated. I'm also sorry is this is posted somewhere else that I did not see as I've been on here for about an hour or so looking around.
