Need a graphics card for 1920x1080 resolution for under $130-140

Hi all, I am slowly building my computer part by part and now I am in need of a graphics card.
I am looking for a graphics card that will help me perform at least medium-high settings @ 1920x1080 with playable frames per second for games like: Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Payday2, Battlefield 3.
My monitor is 21.5 inch and can run 1920x1080 resolution.

My computer specs are the following:
CPU: i5-3570
Motherboard: Asus H61m-a
Memory: 8 GB Samsung
PSU: Corsair Cx600M
