I have searched around online that with a broken fan blade, you could break a few more (Purposefully) to allow airflow back into the system. I have a fan with 11 blades, and 1 has broken off... And I am confused as to which blade(s) to break. (My Fan: Thermaltake Thunderblade 20 Plus)

Once you break a blade, the the fan is out of balance. The bearings or bushings are going to wear out very quickly. Fans are cheap, just replace it.

Especially with a fan that has an odd number of blades. In this case, 11.
Break off one on an 11 blade fan, there is no way to break off another and have it be balanced.

If it were an 8 blade fan, you could get 'closer' to being balanced. But never perfect

Replace it.
