Are these i7 3770 temps normal?

Hi I have an cooler master hyper tx3 evo on my i7 3770, and while browsing chrome I get 33 c, and gaming ,on crysis 2 is get 40-44. Is that dangerous for it?

Okay, thanks, also, would putting a corsair h60 provide better temps, or no? Also, could I plug the pump and the fan for the h60 in to a 4 pin splitter? I only have two headers on my mobo, 1 case, which has a splitter for the intake and outtake, and 1 header for the cpu.
