Gaming Computer Config for around $1400

Looking at building a Computer for around $1400 for Gaming and running Autocad, ArcGIS and other engineering programs.

This is what I was thinking of building. Any advice?

Here is a faster build, with low-profile RAM to fit in with the Noctua cooler. This processor and this cooler will overclock very easily.
