Can't decide between these two CPU's for gaming. (i5 4440 vs fx-8320)

Right now I'm kinda stuck between two builds: AMD or Intel.

I'm going to be playing older games as well as next-gen games. I want to be able to multi-task a little bit; that means me being able to open up a web browser while playing a game and experience little to no performance hit.

Also, a little side note, can I OC either of these builds without problems concerning power?

Thanks.

  2. That will definitely give me more value than my initial Intel build, but will I have trouble multitasking with the i5 4570? A problem with the computer I'm using right now is that I can't alt-tab out of my game and open up the internet without huge performance hits on the game. Will I experience the same problem with the Intel?

No Haswell i5 will have trouble with ANY task. They are very very strong. The AMD FXs are terrible, they're just getting old now. I don't recommend them anymore.
