thats the build i know i will need a water cool system to keep the processor from exploding but tell me what you think if i should make improvements

First of all the MB and CPU is not compatible, second, why get 32 GB ram?

really i did a pc build thing where it chooses it for you to go with your budget and power i dont know y it gave me that processor if its not going to work with it well thanks anyway and because more ram is good my budget is what ever i decide to spend and i like to spend heaps of money on unnecessary parts
