Streaming/gaming cpu i5 4670k vs i7 3770k

Hello,
Atm i got in my gaming pc i7 3770k and im building a secondary pc only as a streaming pc and im considering buying i5 4670k the question is?
- leave it as it is gaming pc i7 3770k / streaming pc 4670k
- change new board and pc i5 4670k as gaming pc and change i7 3770k to streaming pc?

or do you recomend any other choice or build for streaming pc mobo cpu psu ram case cpucooler to around 500 euro / 700 usd or cheaper stream 1080p 30-60 fps , location poland

A i5 4670k would be a downgrade.

It's BF4. You aren't suppose to be streaming at the highest settings with 60 FPS. Besides, who watches BF4 streams?

yes it can do well but cant handle gaming and streaming at the same time, but in settings like 1080p 30fps stream and bf4 ultra i get a hit in performance and smoothnes of gameplay thats why im getting secondary one and psu is xfx black 750w gold / asrock z77 extreme 4 / 2x8gb 1600mhz 9cl kingstone / gtx 780
