After a CMOS clear no video on the screen

Hi all.

I did yesterday a CMOS clear because i forget my bios' password
So, Now the problem is that when i startup the computer I have nothing in the screen and the light of hard drive flashes for 5 secs and after that nothing happens.

what i have to do?

what is your video out cable connected to?? The BIOS could be set to output video from the on board graphics while your video out cable is connected to your graphics card

The video output is connected to the graphics card, i tried to connect it to the integrated graphics card but i have the same problem.
I think that windows isn't starting up either

Pull your graphics card out if your mobo and connect your monitor to your mobo. Then boot. Any help?
