In idle the cpu runs around 30c then for example when i have played a game he heat up to 45-50c and when i stop playing the game it takes about 15-20 minutes to go back to 30c..

Note; I don't have any performance issue, i don't have overheated issue. Please don't tell me to put on new paste(I use the that standard paste that came with my corsair cooler), clean up or any like that. This pc is just a few day's old.

Solution
when you game the intel cpu with there speed step go from one core and low clock speed to max tdp of the cpu if it a newer haswell it around 88w. that makes a lot of heat...the stock cpu cooler and paste would hit 70c. a good aircooler might be 50c. depending on the size of the cooler and the paste is going to be how long it takes to cool off from max load to low use temp. if your using a sealed liquid cooler make sure it on tight and the pump is working. also make sure you sized the cooler to the cpu.

I don't see anything wrong; it all sounds normal.

If you cook something, let's say rice, and then turn off the cooker; the rice does not instantly go cold. It takes time to cool down. The same applies to your processor. It takes around 15-20 minutes of cooling to go down to your idle 30c.

I hope that answered your question. Your CPU and cooling seem fine.

All the best. :)

Yes. i think everything is fine. I got a liquid cooler and i cant put it any tighter then it is now also i believe it is right sized to the CPU. I got this i3 4150
