This is my Rig:

Processor: AMD FX-6300
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
Motherboard: ASRock 970-PRO3 R2.0
RAM: 8G Kit 1600 Patriot-S
Graphics Card: XFX Radeon R9 280X Double Dissipation 3GB
SSD: Fujitsu S308 64GB SSD
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 1TB
Case: Corsair 200r
Power Supply: Aywun MEGA POWER ELITE SERIES 750W (http://www.aywun.com/ProductDetails.asp?ID=137)

Aright before I bought my new case (200r) everything was working fine but once I transferred everything and turned it on everything looked like it was running fine but the monitor showed no signal. while being connected i checked and checked time again but it was no use. Then I assumed it was my GPU which was faulty (Sapphire R9 280x) so i brought my gpu to TWO computer stores if they can try and see if it works but they both said "no" the GPU didn't show anything on the monitor as well so then i decided to buy a new XFX R9 280x for $200. In my mindset I thought that my gpu was faulty but when I connected everything ... BAM nothing showed on my monitor... I checked and checked plugging in the pci-e back and fourth but nothing.
What the heck is happening??

these are solutions I have tried but have not worked:
-Cmos/Bios reset
-Checked if there were stand of screws I may not be using
-barebone/Breadboarding setup
-Disconnected RAM to hear the MOBO beep (Constantly heard beeping so the ram is okay right?)

I saw somewhere that if the gpu is not connected you were to hear a beep but when I tried it I heard silence?

Please Oh please don't tell me that some of the wires may not be connected properly cuz trust me I'm hearing each wire click into place.

i'm assuming it's either my mobo or my psu is faulty.

any thought's guys? :(

Have you tried connecting your video out cable to your mono and checking the BIOS to see what your default video out option is set to??

My mobo doesn't have any onboard graphic slots

yes, i'm 100% sure the power connector is in. I placed it into an other slot like what you said but still no signal to the monitor.

The beep on your MOBO can be heard only if you have case speakers. First off. Does your PC post? When you turn it on, fans kick in and then what? I'm assuming nothing. Does your fan start at a higher speed and stay there or does it start at a higher speed and then turn itself down in 2-3 seconds? The first thing you need to determine is does your PC post. If it does. I would suggest removing everything and start bread boarding. Theres an guide in this forum on how to. Most cases the CPU may not be on properly. It will start but do nothing. Or MOBO BIOS not compatible with CPU. I don't think thats your case. Install only one ram that you know works. Power the bad boy up and check the screen. If still doesn't work switch rams and switch Graphic cards if you have one and check. If you tried multiple graphic card and RAM still does not work. The culprit will be the MOBO itself or CPU. Did you remove the CPU by any chance or remove the fan and the CPU came with it? Check for bent pins if that were the case. Hell I would check it anyways.

Yes everything turns on including the fans. I noticed that when I turn my pc on the fans start reving at high speeds for like 4 seconds then slows down? i'm pretty sure the mobo and cpu are compatible since it worked in my old case. I just tried swapping out ram and gpu's nothing worked. I did take out the cpu to check for bent pins and there was none.

What would you suggest me to check now?

If the fans revs up then down like you said. It usually means its posting. Then I would start looking at the card. Is it plugged in all the way??? I have had cases that I literaly have to snap the card in. Like plugged in all the way. If it is plugged in all the way. Check your monitor. Turn it on. Unplug your cable and plug it back in. The monitor should then look like it will turn on but decide not to. You can do this with the PC off. If it doesn't do that then its something with the connection of your card to monitor.

i Checked it again it doesn't speed up at the start it just keeps a normal speed.

If the fan is at 1 speed at start up...usually means your not posting. I would start with reinstalling the cpu and leave just 1 ram and restart
