Need help installing this AMD graphic driver(Urgent)

I need to install AMD graphics driver, and downloaded it from Dell.It worked perfectly well the previous time I ran it and had automatically installed the 'driver'.
But now, it only installs the 'OEM Application profiles' and 'AMD Catalyst Install Manager' and never installs the driver.

Please help.
Just installs these.

I know this may sound weird, but can i get the link please.
I have an Inspiron 15R 5537 with AMD Radeon(TM) HD 8670M 2GB DDR3

Almost looks like you downloaded an incompatible driver for your GPU. Its seems like the Install manager didn't find a compatible GPU so it isn't showing the driver as an install option. Only other thing could be downloading a 32bit package instead of 64bit (or 64bit instead of 32bit).

BTW did you install your Intel HD drivers first?

Yes.They are working perfectly now.Earlier they showed error Code 43. But I updated them there itself.

Actually all this error started when I mistakingly disconnected my Wi-fi while I was streaming some video onto a wireless screen.
Also, why did it work the last time I did the update?
