Bluetooth drivers constantly changing

I have 2 bluetooth dongles plugged into my PC. The first is a generic dongle for my PS3 controller that uses "BTH DS3 Device" driver. The other is a Startech USBBT1EDR2 dongle for a speaker and Wii controller that uses "CSR Bluetooth device" driver. The Startech came with Bluesoleil 7. Before I got the Startech, I was using 2 generic dongles and everything worked fine (although I was only using it for the Wii controller, and not the speaker))...

Whenever my computer is restarted or woken up from hibernation, the drivers change for one or both dongles with no rhyme or reason. Sometimes they both switch to CSR, other times both DS3. I think one time they even switched.

What is causing this to happen? And what can be done to prevent it? Thanks!

(also, on a maybe semi-related note, ever since I installed the Bluesoleil/Startech dongle, I've had a red X on my network icon in the taskbar but my network works fine and can't get rid of it no matter what I try)

Does this only happen when you use both of them at the same time? Have you tried running just one at a time to see if that works ?

Try disabling automatic driver install ?

MY guess is that the Startech USBBT1EDR2 dongle is the error in this picture, i´d try another adapter if possible.
But that is just my guess !

I can't seem to be able to disable automatic driver install on bluetooth dongles. The option doesn't seem to be there, like it is with other devices.

It does also happen when with just 1. When the issue arises, I pull out the Startech so I can differentiate them to set the proper one to DS3 and the other to CSR. My feeling is it is the Bluesoleil software. I'd love just use the MS stacker, but I can't seem to get the bluetooth speaker to pair without Bluesoleil.

I'm going to go the day without Bluesoleil, but with both dongles plugged in. See if the problem arises with a few restarts, etc.
