Why is my Gigabyte GA-X79-UD3 Motherboard stuck at bios with GTX 780 ti graphics card

It wont go past the bios no matter what button i press, I've looked around and apparently my MoBo doesn't recognize the 700 series so needs updating, any answers please? :)
 


That's not likely, I'd be inclined to believe the graphics card is the issue. I'll suggest reseating the graphics card and checking the power connections. If still nothing, try the graphics in the second PCIe slot. If still nothing, try the card in another computer (if possible)
Another thing you can try is to switch between Legacy and UEFI for PCI Rom priority in BIOS
You might want to go to Gigabyte and get the lastest BIOS update just on GP but I wouldn't think that would be needed to get your PCI lane to work
