I have recently signed up for an Internet connection with O2. the Telecom company operator came and fixed the Internet connection from my telephone line. He said that it was fine and I could use it now. But when I connected my router to the power source, the telephone line and the computer the internet light on the computer does not come on. when I tried activating the line by typing in the IP address in the web browser it showed me the message to check my wires on the router box.
