It is a bit urgent so if anyone can answer fast i would be very grateful.
First and foremost i already decided on a 4k display so let's avoid the 4k is not worth it comments.
I intended to buy a 4k asus monitor (the new 28 inches ones 650$ or so) but a store in my country is having a sale on the 40HU6900. This is interesting as i need a tv as well for my room and this would kill 2 birds with one stone (especially a 4k display at that size would look great).
I however have some questions i cannot find the answers to.
First of all i want 60 Hz at 4k for when i am gaming and general work. The specs says it has 200Hz framerate which i kinda call bullshit. It is supposed to have HDMI 2.0 which should drive it at 60Hz at 4k which is enough for me for now.
1) Can anyone confirm this really has HDMI 2.0 with 60Hz support at 4k?
2) There are no graphics cards with HDMI 2.0 but my card has DP1.2. Is there an adaptor from DP1.2 to HDMI 2.0 so i can drive it at 60Hz 4k?
3) Is this a 4k single panel or one of those made up of 2 or more panels?
Would apreciate some answers fast as the sale is limited.
