My PC shuts down mostly while playing games
My PC specs are
1 TB HDD seagate
GT 630 Graphic Card1 GB DDR3
ASUS M2N68 AM Plus Motherboard
2 GB DDR2 RAM
AMD Athlon II X2 245 2.91 Ghz processor
Deepcool Gammaxx 200 CPU cooler
Zebronics 450 Watt Power Supply

CPU temperature while playing games is around 45-55 degrees, and GPU temperature is about 83 degrees. I am thinking of buying a new power supply unit, will it solve my problem ?. I am thinking of buying Corsair VS 450.

Solution
The Zebronics power supply isn't helping. The Corsair VS is OK, but get a better one eg Seasonic 520 - see Flipkart

Blow out your case - especially coolers and filetrs.

Increase you cpu cooler fan rpm.

If that doesn't help, remove your cpu cooler and clean the old thermal paste off it and your cpu with isopopryl alcohol. The put a pea size drop of new Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste on the cpu and put the cpu cooler back on.

I think a new PSU would be very sensible. Can you afford better than the VS450?
