Our builds are very similar.
Yes they should fit, as long as the PCIe x16 slot you're putting the GPU in on of the upper slots of the case (I think).
Just be careful, you might need to take the heatsink off your RAM to get the cooler on (I have the same case, cooler and CPU as you, but my RAM is low profile).

Hi i bought white colored version of this case.It looks great. But there are a few problems with it.
Front and top panel is damn hard to remove and you need to hit them hard to put them back on.
I couldn't use the graphics card guide to support my Asus R9 280 DirectCU II because the cooler of this card is a little wider than others.
I didn't like the front dust filters because they are really hard to remove(You should use a vacuum cleaner instead to clean them).
I wish it had a side fan to cool vrms and stuff but you won't have any problem with your motherboard.
I'm not sure about your cpu cooler. You can either have a tight fit or it won't fit at all.Better use a 120mm cooler(Hyper 212evo or X or whatever you like) or use a water cooler(Again you can't use a 240mm radiator because there is no room for that.Better use a 120mm radiator.).
It has enough room to change cpu cooler backpanel without removing the motherboard.
I can suggest you to use a modular power supply if you don't want to spend long time with cable management.
You should put another fan to front side of the case because case fans are rubbish. They go up to 1050-1100 rpm max.I bough a jetflo 120. It's a little noisy but great for intake. It's really stupid that Zalman put 3 exhaust fans but 1 intake only.Your case will be filled with dust if you don't buy a good intake fan.
