GPU: R9 280x


System 2 ;

Cpu: FX X8 8320
Motherboard: Gigabyte UD3P
Case: Zalman Z3 Plus
HDD: 1TB Caviar Blue
RAM: 8GB (2x4gb) RipjawsX DDR3 1600 MH
GPU: R9 290

I'm in Turkey so maybe I can't buy some of the parts that you recommended. (Sorry for my bad English)

The second system would get more fps, since it has a better GPU. For the exact difference you can Google for things like "R9 290 BF4 benchmarks" and "R9 280X BF4 benchmarks"

For instance which system get more fps on Watch_Dogs or GTA V or Assasin's Creed IV or Battlefield 4 ? And how much more fps that system get ? (Sorry for my bad English)
