Dumping Physical Memory BSOD

Getting a blue screen on the random. Dumps physical memory to disk and all i have to do is restart. pretty annoying, got 8gb ram, i7 3770k, R9 280x and 525 watt psu (know my psu isnt good )

Congrats! Either simply your ccc, (AMD video driver) is angry, your power supply is causing issues, or your video card is an ASUS. Jk... it may be a faulty card. Being that its random, it sorta puts the PSU out of the running. What version of AMD's video driver are you on? And what changed that made this start happening?
