If you are looking to game I would highly suggest that you stay away from laptops.....they will never be the gaming platform you want it to be....I dont have solid evidence to this up other than experience so maybe someone could spend the time to find more info on it but I am gonna say that no this laptop is not going to be able to play these games (especially GTA) on high settings at a decent res. You are most likely going to have drop most if not all games down to low/med settings to get it to become playable.

While the Radeon HD 8650g is currently the most powerful integrated graphics core, it is still pretty weak. Compared to a desktop graphics card it is no more powerful than a Radeon HD 6670 with DDR3 RAM. The performance penalty between a Radeon HD 6670 with DDR3 and DDR5 RAM is roughly 25%.
