Gaming Build Under 2000USD

Looking for a build between USD1600-2000
build should be able to handle anygame at high on 1980x1080p monitor
preferably an intel cpu (cos electric bills) and a mid tower . would also like a 120gb samsung evo ssd , a liquid cooler and if possible, a colour scheme of blue-white

PS: please no zalman or rosewill. i know it's good,just that my local shop doesnt stock these in
