I've used the GA-970A-UD3P and hit 4.950GHz stable on my FX6350. It has a good BIOS with multiple LLC levels and other options to support overclocking.
This should also be fine for a moderate OC on an FX 8350. As others have mentioned, it is one of a few 970 boards that has 8+2 phase power and a decent heatsink for the VRU.
Just bear in mind, 970 chipsets are not good for SLI or Crossfire setups. 970 can only do 1 PCIe slot at x16, with a 2nd PCIe GPU running at x4 or x8. You need a 990FX board for dual x16 PCIe support.
