30-60fps (playable) on high/ultra on just about every game out there right now.

Though, I would add a second memory module, as then you would enable dual channel.

Watchdog and ESO are listed in the link I provided with their performance on different settings. Skyrim and Fallout, being older games, should provide better FPS than the games they tested
