I'm building a computer for a friend, and he needs help. He has a $2500 budget, and is willing to go anywhere up to $3000 if needed. He wants a computer that is great for Video Editing, Streaming, and gaming. He is currently gaming at 1440p, and wants to max out all games he plays, which is Skyrim, DayZ, Minecraft with graphic mods, Battlefield, Metro Last Light, and more graphically intense games. He would like it to be as future proof as possible, as his youtube will be doing heavy gameplay on games releasing later in the year, and he wants you to try your best to make it so he can atleast run those games at high when they release. He does a lot of video editing for youtube, and streaming, so he wants a computer that can run those games smoothly while recording, and be able to record his gameplay for both youtube, and streaming, in HD. He is going to buy all the parts once someone gives him a good build.

Max out everything at 1440p, and plenty of CPU power for editing, streaming, etc, and great overclocking ability:
