Dear Tom's Hardware Community,

I'm building a Computer but I don't know which is the best Motherboard to go with from those bellow.
I'll overclock both CPU and GPU, I'll be using Quad Channel 2133mhz 16gb Ram.
So I'm looking for the best Motherboard of these 3.

Here are the other Hardware components:
-Intel Core i7-4820K
-G.SKILL Ripjaws Z Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 2133
-EVGA GeForce GTX 780 3GB 384-Bit w/ EVGA ACX Cooler
-CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i

And here are the Motherboards:
ASRock X79 Extreme6 (Think it's better, but I'm worried of the common audio problem)
ASUS P9X79 (Has audio problem as well)
GIGABYTE GA-X79-UP4 (My first option)

Which one offers Top performance?

Thanks a lot, -Pain-

GIGABYTE GA-X79-UP4

Usage would be great. And you'd probably be better off waiting until Haswell-E

hello 21cmofpain....

id say go for the asus x79 Deluxe.... the p9x79 you mentioned is the "older" version.... though it will work with IVB-E you will need to flash the bios.... save yourself the trouble just get the x79 deluxe which was made to work with IVB-e from the start. I know asus gets a lot of "bad" reviews but I am guessing that those guys are the really unlucky with their purchase or did something wrong with the MB. IF you really want to know more about this x79 deluxe read reviews by reputable sites like tweak town or the like.... they all say it's good though a bit pricey....

I just finished my build... here is a link to my post http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/2157660/last-read
listed are parts I used...all went well.... hope this helps
