can I put cabinet fan on SPEAKER pins

I want to add two cabinet fans but motherboard has pins for only one so can I use it in pins with SPEAKER written below it,also tell me what is its use it was lying spare..

No, the speaker is for a speaker, not a fan. You can generally get an adapter to lug the fans in to a molex (the one for hard drives/optical drives) or other power connectors. Something like this. but specific to your fan connectors... http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?gclid=CjkKEQj...

The fan headers are marked on the board. The CPU cooler fan should be installed into the one marked CPU fan. The other fan headers are probably marked "system fans."

can also plug case fans directly to the PSU.

All is laid out in the MB manual.

The speaker is for use with a speaker, if you don't have a case speaker then there is no use for the connector.
