How do I avoid reinstalling World of Warcraft

So here's the deal, I'm looking to upgrade my motherboard, cpu and gpu. I'll be moving from AMD cpu to an Intel cpu, so the motherboard will be completely different. There is no hope that I can avoid a complete Windows install.

Currently WoW is located on my SSD which is also where my OS (Windows 7 Pro 64) resides. I have a 1 TB HD also for media and general storage.

Is there any way for me to move WoW and all of my addons (and all of the configurations I've spent years perfecting for my play) to my secondary hard drive so that when I have reinstalled the OS WoW will just work as normal? I really, really want to avoid reinstalling WoW and most importantly having to reconfigure all of my addons?

Any ideas folks?

You can just copy the entire WoW folder on a external hard drive, and after reinstalling copy it back to your original HDD, and it will work just like before. No need for installing.
Done it countless times with WOW. Doesnt work with all games, but works with this one. ;)

With a new motherboard you will have to reinstall windows, and likely reformat your SSD. You can save your Addons folder and WTF folder (the WTF folder holds all of your settings for your addons) onto a USB drive and transfer them over once you redownload/install WoW. You still might have to tweak a few things, but at least the majority of your addons and settings will remain intact.

I'm not sure about wow but I did something similar with Starcraft 2 where I just copied the folder into the directory where it is supposed to be, and when you launch the battlenet thing, it recognizes the game already there.

So you figure I have to completely redownload and install WoW? I can't just move it over to my other HD. I'm completely certain that my SSD will be reformatted so unless I move WoW it will be gone. But CAN WoW be moved? Seems silly to have to redownload the damn thing...
