As said in the title my CPU bus speed multiplier is dramatically shifting form x7 to x21 and pretty much nothing in between. It started after it cut off then cut back on unexpectedly. I will include images of CPU-Z at the different speeds. On further inspection i see my ram is also running at about half speed... Any help you could provide would be fantastical. I am also going to supply other S/C's of CPU-Z tabs.

Without seeing the CPU usage along with the multiplier changes, it's hard to say if anything is wrong. Modern CPUs will adjust the multiplier based on demand and temperature, and for all we know, the CPU may be working as designed.

As for the RAM speed, CPU-Z shows the memory speed as one-half the actual speed. It is normal. That being said, your memory is not running at 1600, but actually 1333. In your BIOS settings, you may have an option that allows you to adjust the FSB:DRAM divider.
