why is my sims game suddenly so chhoppy

i was playing my Sims 3 game yesterday it was working fine a have a really good computer so my game works really smoothly then all the sudden the next day it sucks it is sloppy the internet is fine so i don't understand why its doing this i uninstalled some cc i downloaded but that didn't work i'm so frustrated please help me thanks:(

Where did you get your copy of the game from (you could try a repair install with Origin if you have the Origin version)?
What are your GPU/CPU temps while gaming?http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
What is your RAM/CPU/GPU usage while gaming?
And finally, what are the full specs of your PC?
