Hey guys I wasn't sure if this was the right thread but I didn't think it fit anywhere else so sorry if it's the wrong section.
So here's my problem. I am running outlook 2007 on a windows 7 machine. I was wondering if slow network speeds would affect the opening of emails. So i refresh my inbox and i see multiple new emails. I then click on the email I want to see. However, it takes over 30 seconds for this email to open. This is a big issue especially when you're trying to get work done. This is the same thing with deleting emails. So could slow internet speeds be causing this problem? Also if it's not slow internet speeds, would upgrading to outlook 2013 help solve the problem?
