Hello hello,
A while ago i bought the amd fx-8350 8-core processor, and 2 sapphire R9 270x-overclock edition.
Ofcourse, since i first had a radeon 4650, i was very sattisfied (grammar?) with the 2r9's, and my amd.

Though, i found out that it would've been better if i bought an intel, instead of this amd, since it "bottlenecks".
for examle, these cards have 2gb GDDR5 memory, and a core-clock of 1085, each.
yet, i still play battlefield hardline on medium with ~30 fps, and i feel i should have a lot more.
my actualy question is: Is this because of my amd? and if so: if i get myself an i5, how much more fps should i have?

Thanks in advance.

Yes there may be a very slight bottleneck with the 2 cards, arguable though. However, this certainly won't be the main cause of the 30fps and even if there is a bottleneck, you should get way beyond that. I can't say for certain how many fps you should and would get but you if its 30fps, its beyond the compatibility of parts.

Woah, there is absolutely NO bottleneck with that CPU as long as you have a motherboard that supports Crossfire with at least an x4 link. I have SLI 780s and have no bottleneck. It is practically impossible to bottleneck without a ridiculously underpowered CPU

Also, Hardline is in BETA and completely unoptimized, don't use it for any reference whatsoever.

It's not only battlefield hardline.
I hear people having only 1 r9, and getting 60+ fps in battlefield 4, while i have ~50 with 2 r9's.
When playing "dayz" on max, i get only 20 fps.
If it's not my cpu, then what else can it be?
I already did a fresh w7 x64 install + updated all drivers.

I have 8gb ddr3 ram, and my motherboard supports crossfire, and i'm sure it's enabled in AMD catalyst.
