My computer randomly turned off and now it won't turn back on?

So on Sunday 22nd June, I was just casually just looking through the steam market, until my PC just turns off. I've had this PC early January 2014 and only around May'ish my computer would just turn itself off randomly. I could just easily turn it back on. This has happend around about 6 times over the months, and all these times I was able to turn it back on until on Sunday. This time when it did turn off it stayed off. I did abit of research online and found lists- some talking about broken PSU, overheating, dust problems etc. So the first thing I did to try to fix it was clear the dust from my PC, as the PC was only a few months old it wasn't too dusty but I decided the dust it anyways. I used an air duster to dust it and afterwards put the case back on and tried turning it on. Nothing happend. As mentioned earlier about overheating, the PC wasn't hot at all! So it wasn't something to do with overheating. I then went on and thought that the PSU was broken. I looked inside, saw white stuff over the capacitors and assumed straight away that it was broken. So then I bought another PSU, the same model (Cosair CX600M). Just got it today, replaced the PSU, tried turning it back on and nothing happens... Someone please help!

I have tried multiple outlets twig both PSU and it still does not work. I believe as I have just ordered the new PSU, that won't be the problem. Thank you for reading anyways
