Is my 400watt power supply enought for this gtx 760

No, get a 600W psu since they are just as expensive as 500W psus.

The SuperFlower is certified 80+ Gold and can do over 30A on the 12V rail so it should be able to handle a 760. In principle, it should even be able to handle a 780.

you need a minimum of 375W psu...........
i suggest you to buy an other psu 550W and more
seasonic/xfx/antec hcg/corsair

400W? I suggest you get a XFX 650W power supply or a Seasonic 620W power supply.
