2 Weeks ago my computer shut off and when it turned back on I was prompted with a "Your video card has recovered from a serious problem" message. Ever since then my monitor will randomly turn black and for me to fix it I have to hold the power button and restart it (I don't get the video card error anymore, it was only the first time). It is happening more and more rapidly. Last night I didn't get any display feedback. When I turned on the computer it just made a single loud beep and then nothing happened, the pc still on though, just no display. Today it seems to be working for a bit longer. I believe my video card is dying (Radeon HD 6870) or my PSU is dying (RX-730SS w/ 730W). How can I be sure of it? Any easy fixes? This is quite a serious problem. Thank you for anyone who replies. Sorry for the long question.

P.S I have a temperature display and everything seems to stay between 40-25 degrees Celsius.

P.S.S The monitor doesn't actually turn off, just goes black.
