I've been researching and looking high and low for a PC build around 1000$ That will play games like DayZ and Arma 3 maxed. I require Win7 Home Premium SP1 but no monitors, keyboards, or a mouse. I appreciate your help.

This is what I would do for 1k but has lots of mail in rebates and a $20 gift card to newegg (purchase price around $1.1k USD)

The Xeon processor is basically an i5 with hyperthreading and no integrated GPU. The case is sweet for the price ($20 Mail in rebate, $20 gift card). An SSD will help with boot up of the OS and various programs.
