I would like this to be the best PC it can possible be for $1500 (or less!)

The pc will be used for mostly gaming purposes farcry, league, skyrim, ect.

I already have a headset monitor, mouse, and keyboard so that does not need to be included.

I also really like the nzxt h440 pc case but maybe there's a better one for the price don't know. This will be my first build but I have a friend to help.

I also live in Canada if that helps.

Thank you,

Thank you for the build <3 But I have a few questions please

Is possible to perhaps could I get maybe a semi modular or a modular power supply I saw this one and wondering if its good or not http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-cx750m

Another thing I heard the 290x overheats a lot and wondering if that might be a issue and I also heard its better to get the 290 and over-clock it a bit is this true?

And since I am not using the stock heat-sink for the Cpu could you recommend some good Thermal Compound

Thanks again for your help :) Really appreciate it.

Thank you,

Wouldn't recommend Corsair for PSU
Just these are better
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii620bronze
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750xxxb9

Yes you could save some bucks and go with coolest R9 290 which is the
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/sapphire-video-card-100362vxsr
and OC to get performance better then the TITAN :)

You could just get a better CPU Cooler

Power Supply: XFX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.99 @ NCIX)

if you don't want to just go with this
http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/arctic-silver-thermal-paste-as535g
as you also won't need it because the CM 212 EVO comes with its own Thermal paste
