I'm in the market for a 780ti, which i could potentially overclock and that doesn't have a stock cooler. so far my 2 choices are

KFA2 Geforce GTX 780Ti HOF £480
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-054-KF&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1402

or

Inno3D GeForce GTX 780Ti iChill DHS 3072MB £600
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-036-IN

Is there any justification for spending £130 more for the second option? I have only seen a kitguru review for the more expensive option nothing on the KFA2 yet though. So if any owners could advise me would be nice.

I will be playing all sorts of games on these and also some at 120hz plus 1920x1080p with a second monitor for other applications. Open to suggestions on other 780ti's etc

780 ti is the shit! this gpu is hell of a power it dips only in watch dogs but watch dogs is from ubisoft so its normal get the inno3d cause its with 3 years of warrantie not like the kfa2 2 years also it have higher clock and titan cooling system get it! i had my decision with palit 770 and msi 770 oc they were like 70$ i think here in bulgaria difference and the msi is with higher clock and it comes oc with better cooling and as i watch videos in ac4 the msi gets like 40 fps on 1080p the palit gets 30fps so get the Inno3D GeForce GTX 780Ti iChill higher is better enjoy :) Btw if i were you i would wait for the 800 series cause they are realesed this summer as i know.
