Solution

Just try to get away from buying a 850w its expensive and your problem doesn't have to be solved for 80-100$ just try going to other places they may solve it for less

WTFFFF?
WHY A 850W even an FX-9590 won't need a 850W PSU they are just STUPID they want you to spend money i think but in a stupid way your PSU is enough for your build

Well im getting WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERRORS and there trying to find out whats causing it and they suspect its because the cpu isnt getting enough power they said they were gonna test a 850W they have there to see what happens.

No it isn't the PSU let them test it but look at them while they're doing it they maybe add the 850W PSU and tweak alil to solve the problem and once they solve it they may say that it was the PSU but the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERRORS won't happen because of the PSU not transfering power

When do you get this problem?

As long as they fix my problem and it doesn't cost too much for me im happy. And i did research alot, i tested the RAM and everything and i dont like fiddling with the BIOS because i could break my whole system. I really need help with this i stress alot over things like these.
