Hi guys. I am badly stuck in a situation and I need ur help. I want to upgrade my gpu. The two cards I am looking at are the r7 265 and the r9 270. (there is only `10 $ difference). I know the r9 270 is better than the r7. I have a xfx 550W pro series 80+ bronze psu. The problem is that I do not want to upgrade my psu since I am on a budget. So will the r9 run on this psu. Also the only brand of r9 that will fit in my case is of club3d (which I have never used) whereas the r7 is sapphire branded, I am very comfortable with sapphire since I have always used their cards.

Can you plz tell me if the r9 270 will work with this 550W psu? and is club 3d brand good?

Customer support depends where you are but i hear they are easy to deal with in Europe. If in the US, then it will be a pain to do RMAs but the retailer from where you got the card should do the replacements.

The R9 270 (any brand) will run fine with your XFX pro 550W. You can overclock a R9 270 as well and still have headroom.
A XFX 550W will most likely support up to a single R9 290X and GTX 780Ti.
Clud3D cards are ok. They have a decent cooler on their gpu.

Well u c. I m still not sure if the 9 270 will work in my 550. and I am not sure if I shud risk my 200$ experimenting a new brand.
Sound is not too much of an issue but if the noise is too mmuch and I can hear it. I call it lloud.
Also sapphire has the best cooling fan system plus many reviews I have read said slim to none noise is present.

To be honest. I am really stuck. I don't know which to choose. I like both cards but I am only confused about the brand and this noise issue. What would you do?
have you found reviews about the club3d version of the r9 270?

I want to keep the card for 5 years so I want to buy a good one.

Both brands are equally good. Club3d is a big brand in Europe but slowly moving out elsewhere globally. Either brand may last 5 years depending on your usage and maintenance. Personally i would still go for a R9 270 but you can overclock a R7 265 to reach as close as possible to a R9 270.
