Corsair h80i pump on a Bitfenix Recon fan controller?

The H80i uses a SATA power connector for power, so not really.
The additional header that plugs in to a standard fan port is just to let the motherboard know there's a cooler attached to the CPU. Hence why it only has one wire.

Plus, controlling the pump is a bit of a bad idea anyway. I know of some people that notch it down ever so slightly to fix noise issues, but any more than that and your just wasting cooling performance. (This is on other AIOs btw).
